Writing can change your life. It changed mine in ways nothing else could have, but it took great effort to learn a process that grounds me in writing.

We all experience traumas big and small, relationship problems, emotional dramas, and other barriers to personal fulfillment. You can write your way out of anything! What approach you use depends on the situation you’re addressing. If someone hurt or angered you, perhaps a letter will suffice.
